Delivery & Returns
For our UK customers, we send our orders with Royal Mail using their Signed for service option. This may require a signature at the time of delivery. Deliveries may take a little longer during busy periods such as Christmas, or due to unforeseen circumstances such as postal strikes or severe weather. If you have not received your delivery within 7 working days, please contact us at email@example.com
Royal Mail Signed for Service First Class, 1-2 days, £4.40 (Free for orders over £30)
Royal Mail Signed for Service Second Class, 3-5 days, £3.50
For Europe and the rest of the world we have one set cost per order as listed below. Delivery times on these will vary according to the delivery destination and we recommend you look on the Royal Mail website to get an estimate.

For larger orders we use other trusted couriers to deliver our goods.
We hope that you will be delighted with your purchases, however, should you wish to return your goods, we will be happy to issue a refund within 30 days of receipt. Goods will only be accepted for return if they have been unused and are in the original condition.
Returned items should be unused and unmarked and packaged suitably to avoid damage during carriage.
We will issue a full refund on receipt. Alternatively, we will also be happy to exchange the item.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore, for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty.

If your delivery address is outside of the EU, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You must meet any additional charges for customs clearance. Joanne de Pace Design Studio cannot be held responsible for these charges.
